By installing, accessing, or using the MyKK browser extension, the MyKK Cloud Dashboard at start.mykk.us, or related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
MyKK is a customizable browser start page available in two parts: the open-source MyKK Cloud Dashboard at start.mykk.us, and the MyKK.us Chrome extension that activates Pro features for paid subscribers. The Service includes widgets, bookmarks, layout customization, and other productivity features. MyKK is available as a free open-source dashboard with optional premium features through a paid subscription ("MyKK Pro").
The free version of MyKK is open source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License. The full license text is available in the project's GitHub repository.
MyKK Pro is sold as an annual subscription. Pro features are activated by signing in to the MyKK.us Chrome extension with the same Google account email used at purchase. Your Pro entitlement is valid for the duration of your active subscription. Upon expiration or cancellation, Pro features will be deactivated, but your dashboard and free-tier features will continue to function normally.

The MyKK name, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of MyKK and its creator. While the free version's source code is available under the MIT License, the MyKK brand, Pro features, and associated proprietary materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyKK and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
MyKK Pro subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at support@mykk.us. Refunds after the 30-day period are issued at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
